House Rules

2)All required documentation:
Copy of Signed Rabies Certificate
Copy of up to date shot records
Proof of Flea and Tick medication

3)Receipt of payment

Are required to be submitted to Tawnya@happyacresdog.com 72 hours before the start of group classes, private lessons or other services rendered by Happy Acres Dog Training.

Failure to provide any of the forms or documents will cancel your reservation for a space in group class, private lessons or other services will be canceled and payments will be refunded minus a $25 admin. fee if registration forms and documents are not received 72 hours before the start of group classes, private lessons or other services rendered by Happy Acres Dog Training.

Cancelations
Cancelations must be made 72 hours before the start of group classes, private lessons or other services rendered by Happy Acres Dog Training.
Payments will be refunded minus a $25 admin. fee if a cancelation is made 48 hours before the start of group classes, private lessons or other services rendered by Happy Acres Dog Training is given.
No refunds are given if cancellations are made 24 hours in advance of group classes, private lessons or other services rendered by Happy Acres Dog Training.
